Rotational Moulding of Plastic
Is a state-of-the-art technology in which plastic powder is used as the basic material and is formed by means of gravity, heat, mould shape and slow rotation. The resulting product is hollow and has no internal tension and no seams. During the manufacturing process alone it is possible to build nuts, screws and sleeves into the product, for fixation of the product to a construction or for the installation of components and other equipment. The products are fully recyclable, the material used is completely pure and therefore it does not burden the environment.The products are marked with the respective recycling mark. The corners and edges of the products are strengthened naturally and their walls are thinner and elastic. This technology does not enable manufacturing sharp corners and edges. The product can be worked with the usual techniques: cutting, milling, drilling, planning. Connecting the products can be done using the usual methods such as screwing or welding - welding is the most reliable method and is also most frequently applied in practice (see the recommendations for welding). In this technology we are able to manufacture most parts (tanks, vessel, covers, lids) in small lots - several hundred units a year. We offer the possibility of production on the existing moulds, but we are also able to provide consulting for the construction of new moulds (whether for an existing or a brand new product). Sewage Treatment Vessel The sewage treatment vessel is made of polyolefins (polypropylene, polyethylene). These polymers are characterized by good mechanical and chemical properties. They are well resistant to the effects of acids as well as alkalis. That is why PP and PE are often used for the construction of containers and chemistry equipment. Nevertheless, we recommend consulting the manufacturer about the suitability of their use. The containers are ready for the installation of technology (guide tracks for fusing bars). We offer them in two basic sizes (2.25 m³ and 1.5 m³). The basic colours are “natur” and black, but the technology enables the production of other colours. We offer the customer the possibility of placing its logo on the vessel. a) Sewage treatment vessel - 2.25 m³ ¨ wall thickness 7 - 8 mm weight 80 kg material PP, PE wall thickness 9 - 10 mm weight 106 kg - variant for easy placement in the ground (e.g. as a container for rainwater) b) Sewage treatment vessel - 1.5 m³ wall thickness 7 - 8 mm weight 75 kg material PP, PE Pit These products are particularly designed to be used as water meter pits and have similar benefits as the sewage treatment vessels. We make them both of PP and of PE. They are well resistant to the effects of acids as well as alkalis.
